GO CORONA GO!!

Frustrated. This is the word I’ll use for the entire planet right now. Since Covid-19 has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation, people from all over the world are just panicking on what will happen if they are infected by it. Instead of following the instructions of the government and medical team, we do nothing but make our assumptions about the facts of this virus. Everybody is frustrated, some because they are shocked to see the growing numbers of the cases, some because they have seen some rubbish false news about it and some because they are fed up of sitting at home. We have just glued our eyes on the TV screen as we want to updated with all the current news about Covid-19, how many people died, how many cases have been found in the last 24 hours, how many are suspected and so on.

I want to ask a simple question; what will you do knowing all this?

And a simpler answer is: increase you stress.

This isn’t an earthquake or something where you can go out on the streets and help people; this is a serious virus which spreads with contact. You cannot help by knowing who all are ill, all you can do is sit at home and not panic. There are doctors and medical crew ready to help the patients. You’ve got this one chance in your life where you can be selfish and sit at your home and enjoy, but no, everyone wants to take stress, see the news where the cases are increasing per hour and then get scared that it may come to your city, perhaps you may get it. And then start your never ending chain of imagination: what if I die? Who will take care of my family then? What if I spread it to my family too? And so on….

This chain of imagining situations like these will give you nothing but stress. Some may also get depressed and the death rate of dying from depression is way higher than dying from corona. So I request everyone to just stay away from the news and the forwards on social media [half of them are not even true], sleep as much as you want, do whatever you like to do such as binge watch some series, read books, paint, dance but no searching about it on the internet as you already know whatever you have to about Covid-19.

Now we have to only focus on how to think positive and be calm in this entire chaos.

And if nothing helps, one thing is always there which will definitely help you beat the Corona fear:

ALL IS WELL.
